Mission: To educate individuals and families, enabling them to reach their financial goals and solve their financial problems through financial literacy education, credit counseling, pre and post bankruptcy counseling and education, and comprehensive housing counseling.
Programs: Consumer Credit and Budget Counseling, Inc. is approved by the United States Trustee Program to provide pre-filing credit counseling as well as Debtors Education for New Jersey and New York bankruptcy filers. Under this program CC&BC offers a personal financial education and counseling on the alternatives to resolve credit problems, analyzes the client's budget, their current financial condition, the factors that caused such financial condition, and how the client can develop a plan to respond to the problems without incurring negative amortization of debt.
