Mission: Recognizing the value of each individual and guided by our commitment to excellence and quality, our mission as a faith-based organization affiliated with the american baptist churches of connecticut is to provide compassionate, affordable healthcare and residential services to seniors within our continuum.
Programs: Skilled nursing unit: cbh provides personalized, high quality, affordable care to individuals over the age of 65 regardless of background or ability to pay. Our skilled nursing unit provides rehabilitative and nursing care that supports each residents maximum independence, dignity and choice in a faith-based,mission driven setting. The unit has 30 beds and in 2017, with 98% occupancy, provided 10,752 days of care.
intermediate care nursing unit: cbh provides personalized, high quality, affordable care to individuals over the age of 65 regardless of background or ability to pay. Our intermediate care unit provides rest home with nursing supervision services that foster independence, safety and dignity in a faith-based,mission driven setting. The unit has 30 beds and in 2017, with 98% occupancy, provided 10,769 days of care.
residential living: cbh provides personalized, high quality, affordable care to individuals over the age of 65 regardless of background or ability to pay. Our residential living unit has 20 units and operates under a boarding home license providing an environment that promotes independence, health, safety and dignity in a faith-based, mission driven setting. In 2017, with 89% occupancy, it provided 6,520 days of care.
