Programs: Offered 4 different audience specific training series programs designed to support those working with children and families in building competencies in the infant/toddler/family workforce. Some training programs included relfective supervision groups. In all, 46 training sessions were held, averaging between 12 and 55 attendees. Also 6 relflective supervision groups continued into 2017 and 3 new reflective supervision groups were started in 2017. A total of 234 were trained in infant mental health and a total of 54 attended reflective supervision groups.
conducted two seminars offering professional development opportunities to those working with infants, young children and their families aimed at building competencies in the infant/toddler family workforce. Seminars assisted in supporting and enhancing responsive relationships, promoting culturally sensitive practices and to help attendees reflect on their work with families and infants and young children. 2 seminars were held, with an average of 175 attendees each, or a total of 350 participants.
