Mission: The connected community partnership increases access to technological resources for the economically disadvantaged and high impact centers of influcent (such as teachers)through its program, tech reconnect.
Programs: Tech reconnect is a licensed refurbishment program where equipment is received, refurbished or recycled, and re-distributed to families that couldn't otherwise afford to purchase it. Volunteers and staff provide free or low-cost educational programming for new technology users of all ages. Approximately 383 families were benefited through techreconnect in 2013. We also serve as a coordination hub for technology distribution to other non-profit organizations during crisis events. All these activites support the ccp mission and its tax-exempt status.
