Programs: Purchase, acquisition and renovation of properties for the purpose of providing rental space to health and human services entities. With the efforts of comprehensive community services health and human services agencies are able to access newly renovated, effective program facilities at below market rental rates. Programs at ccs's faclilities include various behavioral health treatment services, senior citizens services, child day care, medical services, day and residential programming for adults with developmental disabilities and educational activities for school children.
