My name is Sheila , live in Apopka Fl and Im a 47 year old married woman with a 6 year old son and 2 other sons ages 22 and 23. I was diagnosed with breast cancer in January of this year. We had no insurance and we were spending a fortune on gas driving back and forth for treatments. We were falling behind on all of our bills. My husband Eddie contacted Vanesa and Compassionate Hands and Hearts came out to our home on June 30th and changed my life and gave our family hope. They paid 2 months mortgages for us and gave us a $200 gift card and a bag full of goodies. What they really did was give me hope. Vanessa Echols saved our home and we can never express how grateful we really are. They've lifted my spirits.

I am a two time Brest cancer survivor and after my journey I wanted to give back in some way. I found this organization and let me tell you it changed my life and has since changed countless others. The first thing is COMPASSIONATE is the true name cause we all have the most compassionate for each and every client. We have been there and we know what is going on in their mind at this present time, and what is going to come. We stay in touch with clients throughtout the treatment process and keep records. They call us with needs financially, mentally, and just anything you can think of. We answer or find an answer for them. They are not just a number or someone who is sick we become a part of their lives throughout the good and bad. But let me tell you what is the most impressive. We all do this out of the goodness of our hearts and hands. No one and I mean no one in the organizations takes a penny of the money donated. Even the founder, Vanessa Echoles, does all of this from the botton of her heart. We enjoy what we do and only wish we could do more for each and every client. We are a sisterhood that is bound by God and Health. This organization CARES and loves what we do. And what do we do, We give support financially and mentally. If you need your rent paid or movie tickets we are there. You have no idea the joy a visit brings too us or to them. Just knowing someone cares enough to visit and call. We work totally off of donations and this organizastions has some great doners.
