Low-income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP) - Weatherization works to help our community become energy efficient by educating and providing quality weatherization services, one home at a time. CalLearn - The Cal Learn Program is an educational program for expectant and parenting teens receiving CalWORKs to earn a high school diploma or GED and become independent to form healthy families.
