Causes: Human Services, Residential Care & Adult Day Programs
Mission: Respectively and proactively facilitate services, supports, and solutions; and to advocate for individuals and families that it supports; to coordinate with providers and community partners and to assist people in achieving self determination and making quality of life choices. Services are provided through a contract with the state of oregon, department of human services. Contracts are renewable every two years.
Programs: Dd50 - 126 individuals were served in residential group homes.
dd54 - 214 individuals were provided vocational programs or alternative services to vocational programs.
dd51 - 50 individuals were provided comprehensive in-home supports while living with their families
