(chp) is a group of comprehensive medical practices, federally qualified health centers throughout berkshire county that is accessible to all people, regardless of insurance status, immigrant status, or ability to pay. We provide preventive, acute and ongoing medical care for infants, children, adolescents, adults and elders. We provide full 24-hour medical coverage for our patients, 365 days a year. Our providers, a team of physicians and nurse practitioners, are certified in internal medicine, obstetrics, pediatrics and family practice. chp's dental centers are comprehensive dentistry practices, for the entire family. The dental centers offer a team of dental health professionals delivering high-quality dental care using the latest digital imaging technology and state-of-the-art facilities. Chp dental centers accept most insurances, as well as masshealth. Care credit is also available. Chp dental centers served over 11,000 patient visits in fy 2017.

other health related services include the family services / wic (women infant and children) programs located in southern berkshire and servicing all of berkshire county with programs such as pchp (parent child home programs), lactation consulting, clothing exchange and lending library, playgroups, parent workshops, food pantry and mobile food banks, and children's attic.
