It also promotes the sale of new homes to low income individuals & families. Cedcc rents a room, and a kitchen to the community to enable families and groups to gather afforably. The center also rents office space to encourage local business in the community. Cedcc advances rent to individuals who have fallen on hard times. The rents are then repaid to cedcc.
