This is a scam.
They claim to be able to obtain refunds for their clients from credit card companies. They make the client sign a "donation" pledge.
The "donation" is actually just a common fee for service. The "donations" are exhorbitant - far in excess of the fair market value of common services provided by common clerical help.
They charge there clients as much or more than a lawyer. (They do not have any lawyers on staff but they pretend that they do).
For example, they charge $500+ to make a few telephone call to a credit card company and, send a form letter or two - maybe 1-2 hours worth of work.
