Tracy is the main volunteer and Executive Director of Community Cats. She works tirelessly doing the exhausting work of TNR-M (Trap, Neuter, Return and maintain) feral cat colonies. I am always so in awe at her tenacity and dedication over the many years that she has volunteered to save/foster/home feral cats and kittens. I have worked directly with her several times and she never ceases to amaze me. She definitely has a natural ability with and love for these abandoned felines that our community seems to have forgotten.
