Mission: Community Cat Network (CCN) formerly Homeless Cats Butler (HCB) is an all volunteer, grass roots movement to assist Butler, County Pennsylvania residents in humanely controlling the population of stray and feral kitten and cats, commonly known as community cats. Assistance is given through lending of equipment, on-site collaboration, fostering when available, referrals to resources, education and sponsorship at low cost spay and neuter clinics. Additionally, low cost clinics are organized and monitored by CCN members are routinely scheduled at floating locations to provide ample access to veterinary services for kittens and cats.
