Programs: Pathways to the future - statewide initiative with the west virginia division of rehabilitation services. The program will support the design and implementation of programming and outreach necessary to address the five mandated pre-employment transition services for vocational rehabilitation clients, aged 14-21, as mandated by the workforce innovation and opportunity act.

mental health/substance abuse (wv dept of health and human resources) - programs to address mental health issues & drug abuse in wv. 1. Governor's initiative on substance abuse & mental health planning council - provides facilitation and logistics for the governor's advisory council for substance abuse, the six regional substance abuse task forces, and the mental health planning council. 2. Wv leadership academy - coordinates with the wv mh planning council to provide advocacy & leadership training. 3. Olmstead transition diversion program - provides support for olmstead council activities and training. Otd assists wv citizens with disabilities and seniors who reside in institutional settings to live and be supported in their home community. Diversion support to avoid facility or institutional placement may be provided to individuals who are at imminent risk. 4. Wv interagency council for homelessness - provides facilitation and logistical support for the governor-appointed council and corresponding sub-group activities. 5. Wv students againist destructive decisions (sadd) - provides planning support and logistics for annual sadd conference.

wv development disabilities council - statewide training and support (wv dept of health & human resources) - provides training, communication and quality assurance to support the implementation of the comprehensive state plan for the wv development disabilties council.
