Causes: Homeless & Housing, Low-Income & Subsidized Rental Housing
Mission: To facilitate the availability and access to affordable housing to all citizens with a general target of 75% of the units occupied by individuals or families earning less than 80% of median income as defined by hud in communities located in idaho, washington and montana and contiguous regions. Units shall be either rental or owner occupied.
Programs: The fostering of low-income housing, providing housing, both owner occupied and for rental, to persons and families that would otherwise not qualify or be able to afford such housing, and to acquire, build, develop, lease, sell and invest in housing for such purposes.
