Causes: Homeless & Housing, Homeowners & Tenants Associations
Mission: Enrich lives through arts, wellness, and the power of community safeguarding, maintaining and managing the beaches, causeways, recreation areas and other properties entrusted to it by deed in 1926.
Programs: Provides services to over 700 residents of common fence point, including a newsletter and maintenance of the community hall and common areas. Members and other volunteers participate in earth day cleanups and participate in the annual coastal survey.
