Mission: Columbia County Council on the Arts is a not for profit 501(c)(3) community?based organization founded in 1967 to provide services that support our county?s cultural organizations?, schools?, artists?, and residents? participation in the arts; to produce programs that advance the arts and engage our county?s residents and visitors; and to build collaborative partnerships.
