CBR and it's volunteers are making differences in the lives of Boxers up and down Florida's east coast.

CBR is hands the best dog rescue I've dealt with. They are professional, well versed, organized and passionate. They work very well with other rescue. There is no drama and the animals best and needs always come first.

We adopted 2 puppies from CBR and also volunteer for them because they are an amazing organization full of extremely kind hearted and generous people. They are very thorough when finding forever homes for dogs because they truly want what is best for them. This may take some time and patience but is worth it!

This group has a real desire to do good but their methods are questionable. They have the same people foster multiple dogs and then don't seem motivated to find permanent homes for these dogs. The foster families often adopt these dogs over and over some even have more than the legally allowed number of dogs in residential areas. I get it its a much needed service but they take on more than they can actually do good for. Such a shame.

We adopted our first boxer from Coastal Boxer Rescue (CBR) & were inspired to do volunteer work to help the organization after realizing the transformation our pup had gone through before we adopted him. He came from a high kill shelter in Miami, scared, emaciated & in poor health. While under CBR's care, he transformed into a healthy, gorgeous pup we came to adopt as our family member. Would highly recommend CBR.

Coastal Boxer Rescue is an awesome non-profit that operates on donations and volunteers, they are totally dedicated to this amazing breed of dogs. We have two CBR dogs that have truly changed our lives forever!

I started volunteering for Coastal Boxer Rescue ("CBR") almost two years ago. I love this non-profit organization because of the volunteers' passion and dedication to rescuing predominately boxers in need. I say predominately because sometimes there is such a sad story or a dog in such need that even though he/she may not be a boxer, CBR cannot look away which just further displays their compassion for all animals. Most of the volunteers work full-time jobs, have children, dogs, cats, and some even have horses and tortoises, but are all willing to take time out of their day to answer the cry for help because of their love of boxers. I am proud to be associated with CBR and grateful that an organization such as CBR exists.

A wonderful, caring, dedicated group who selflessly volunteer their time, hearts and many times their own personal funds to rescue, rehabilitate and find forever homes for boxers and boxer mixes. The rescue services the entire southern east coast of florida from volusia county to key west and rescues several hundred dogs a year with volunteers and donations.

I have adopted three boxers from Coastal. Each time they were helpful and quick to respond to my questions. They have also kept in contact with us and have made us part of the rescue family.

We rescued our Polo boy from Coastal Boxer Rescue a year ago. Their home visit was extremely professional. Their volunteer coordinator and foster family were extremely helpful in the transition from their home to ours. I would definitely rescue through this agency again.

I have adopted two boxers thru boxer rescue and they are the most awesome dogs!!!! Both of my boxers came fully vetted and were healthy when I adopted them. Tyson lived to be 14 years old and my newest addition that I have had for 3 years is now 8 years old!!!!

I'm not so sure that this company is legit. I've applied to adopt the process is slow and complicated. I've offered to pay for the medical for specific dogs, no response. I expressed my frustration on their Facebook page because they were crying out for their dogs to be adopted......I was denied further access to the page.

I wrote an email to them about the above, no response. It makes me wonder if they are collecting donations and not really assisting in the way the should.
