Nonprofit Overview

Causes: Education, Primary & Elementary Schools, Secondary & High Schools, Vocational & Technical Schools

Mission: Our Mission: Student Achievement and Employability. The accomplishment of this mission will allow educators to prepare our youth for assuming their responsibility as members of society and members of its workforce.

By developing and executing such a program, the business community can expect greater confidence in accepting graduates from local schools into their workplace. This will also meet with their corporate need to improve their productivity while reducing high employee turnovers.

This mission will require the close cooperation of business, education, family and government agencies to support the success of such a project.

We champion an integrated vocational/ academic core curriculum as a means to giving the student equality in education and a competitive start in the workplace. We believe that given a range of occupational choices as part of these integrated curriculums, the student will be able to make reasonable decisions regarding career paths, be they professional or occupational in nature.

Additionally, our organization, CETIP, is prepared to assist the education community in creating and executing this program by supplying the professional and skills knowledge inherent in our coalition's members.
