I first met Jonathan when he was only a few months old. I love to see all the support, all the friendship, all the potential he has through the clubhouse.
His mom, Darlene, was a big part of my childhood. She is an incredibly selfless, dedicated lady with the biggest heart for others.

The Clubhouse for Special Needs provides a fun place for teens and young adults to make friends and socialize. This is so needed in our community. There are not enough places like this. Darlene Hollingsworth has dedicated her life to providing a place for young people with special needs, to have a place to go after they age out of traditional after school care. This organization has fun events and choice for the clients to keep them engaged and gives them independence. There is nothing like this. Miss Darlene is extraordinary.

The Clubhouse is an incredible teen/adult center for special needs people. My daughter, age 18, is still in high school but asks to go to the Clubhouse all the time. She cannot wait for summer or school breaks so she can attend. We initially moved to another part of Dallas, but moved to this area so my daughter could go there. Love the place and it is awesome. There are so few centers like this in the DFW area and is very important to our community.

The club house for special needs is a very special place. The staff is outstanding and they go over and beyond to care for the children there!!! They are extremely active in the community and grow every year with new and exciting activities and events.
