Causes: Homeless & Housing, Homeless Shelters
Mission: This organization was established to provide shelter and rehablitation services for the homeless. We provide qualified individuals living quarters for a period of up to 90 days. We train them in areas to enable them to find employment manage their financial resources and find housing. We give them household furnishings and supplies if needed. We also provide food baskets to area individuals that are in need.
Programs: Direct support was given to 219 residents at the shelter in the form of food, gas, temporary living quarters, and life counseling, to aide them in obtaining and managing jobs and their own living quarters. We provide aide in obtaining help from various federal and state agencies for health care, mental health carem child carem, and transportation.
