Mission: The ccc foundation generates resources to support higher education within clatsop county. The ccc foundation seeks funding for scholarships, educational programs, buildings and equipment, cultural and performing arts, and other needs of clatsop community college.
Programs: The foundation awarded grants to fund student scholarships at clatsop community college. Scholarship funds can be used for tuition, fees, books, supplies, and/or living expenses as specified by the donors and the foundation board.

the foundation facilitated community use and support of a performing arts center owned by clatsop community college and provided funds for restoration of a pipe organ located in the performing arts center. In july 2016, the foundation transferred all unspent performing art center funds to a new fiscal agent, north coast chorale.
