energy job training, weatherization and retrofit programs - civic works teaches job skills for "green" careers, provides on-the-job training through weatherization of low income homes and provides job placement upon completion, training in solar, and brownfield remediation.
elder services - civic works provides the facilitation of aging-in-place through fall prevention, case management, and connection to services.
