This group champions a very important cause, especially in Florida, where some condo associations prevent owners from enjoying the companionship of dogs or cats. They are forwarding thinking, community minded and do all they can to inform on this issue and further their cause. They also share and encourage on related issues in the community. I enjoy their newsletter, events they sponsor and know they participate widely in other groups and help on government committees. I strongly support and recommend their efforts, their cause and the commitment of their board members. They stand for very important items - the ability to have pets in condos SAVES THE LIVES of many pets by helping allow more homes to be available for so many willing adopters who may be prevented from doing so and the ENRICHMENT OF THE LIVES of owners who enjoy the companionship and purpose of having a pet in their homes. I'm happy to recommend this group and their cause.

Mission: Citizens FOR Pets in Condos www.petsincondos.org is a 501-c3 tax exempt private operating foundation dedicated to increasing acceptance of companion animals in condos and other types of association-run housing. We educate the public about the health benefits of having animal companions and also advocate for responsible pet ownership/guardianship. Our motto: “creating a win-win situation for both people & pets.”
