Mission: The mission of the citizen cpr foundation is to save lives from sudden cardiac arrest by stimulating community, professional and citizen action.
Programs: Educational conference: eccu (emergency cardiovascular care update), conducted every 2 years, brings together highly motivated cpr instructors, nurses, physicians, emts, paramedics and others involved in the instruction and practice of resusciation. Also educates the general public on issues related to cpr and provides continuing education to emts, nurses, and paramedics. Eccu 2017 attendees totaled approximately 600.
