Youth outreach and school support services: the center partners with community based service providers and school districts to identify youth and young adults who may benefit from participation in workforce development programs. The center operates a youth workforce development program that offers youth and young adults assistance with internship placement, life skills workshops, counseling, education support, leadership development, summer jobs, paid work expdrience. This program is a collaboration with the county of sonoma. Adult workforce development: the center partners with community based service providers to operate an employment, training, and job retention program developed to meet the needs of county residents with disabilities and those who receive temporary aid to needy families (tanf).
