provide sheriff deputy law enforcement in cooperation with the ft. Bend county sheriff's department- major role in ehancing the traffic safety, sercurity, law enforcement and protection- general safety of the community and general public.
monitor and approve all architectural improvements and new constructions within the community- enhance the beauty of the community- benefit the entire community; monitor and enforce deed restrictions- eliminate socially unacceptable behavior / property maintenance, eyesores and hazards to saftety and children.
