Programs: The Pregnancy & Family Care Center that helps women and families in crisis. The Children's Shelter who helps children with no other place to call home. The Samaritan Inn, Lake County's only homeless families where men, woman and children can live under the same roof. The Men's Residence where we help men with drug and alcohol addiction. The Women's Care Center where we help ladies dealing with addiction, abuse and other life issues. The Benevolence Center is the largest food pantry in Lake County giving over 24,000 pounds of food and hundreds of articles of clothing EACH WEEK. The Fresh Start Job Program helps people find jobs and develop their careers. Our Community Medical Care Center provides over 6,000 free medical visits to those without insurance. The "Feed the Hungry" program feeds 40-60 homeless or hungry men, women and children 365 days a year.
