Programs: Choices Women's Center exists to communicate accurate and truthful information to those affected by an unplanned pregnancy and provide them with physical, emotional, and spiritual support. At Choices Women's Center all of our services are free. We offer pregnancy tests, limited obstetrical ultrasounds, abortion information, and options counseling.
