Mission: The organizations primary purpose is to provide and maintain the location necessary to make library services available to the city of hugo, oklahoma and surrounding area. The librarys lending services are provided and funded by the southeastern public library system of oklahoma
Programs: Expenses of the organization, including depreciation of the building and related fixtures are all directly related to the maintenance and operation of the organizations building which is made available without charge to the southeastern public library system of oklahoma (seplso). Seplso is an unrelated non-profit organization which utilizes the building to provide free library services to the citizens of hugo, oklahoma and the surrounding area.
