Programs: Cardiac car show. This is a transplant foundation to promote organ and tissue donation. Organ donations will hopefully give someone on the waiting list a perfect match to save their life. The program also has a group to help people focus on the emotional and physical trauma of transplantation
community health fair this fair is an opportunity to meet patients on their way to getting care for heart disease. We discuss getting a handle on obesity and diabeties. We answer questions with trained professionals about health questions people ask. They train you how to detect issues before they become severe.
blood pressure awareness materials and demonstrations to educate citizens of the damages of high/low blood pressure and what it can do to cause more harm and lead to heart failure. Teaches you to be aware and prevent.
