Mission: The corporation is organized for the purposes set forth in section 501(c)(3) of the internal revenue code of 1986, as amended (or the provision of any future united states internal revenue law). The corporation shall provide support to child development centers, inc. , a pennsylvania nonprofit corporation qualified under sections 501(c)(3) and 509(a)(2) of the code.
Programs: The children's foundation of cdc, inc. (the foundation) has successfully accumulated funds for the future support of child development centers, inc. (cdc). The foundation will continue to accumulate funds in order to accomplish its mission. To date the foundation has not transferred any of these funds to cdc and no services have been provided.
