Mission: National deaf academy, llc is designed exclusively for the treatment of deaf and hard of hearing children, adolescents and adults with a wide range of psychiatric and behavorial problems. In addition to the innovative multi-disciplinary treatment program, the charter school at national deaf academy is a not-for-profit public school that is uniquely suited to addressing the developmental and language-based needs of this traditionally underserved population.
Programs: The charter school provides an environment and educational community where an emphasis on academic excellence is complemented by a focus on each hearing impaired student's personal growth and intellectual, aesthetic, emotional, and psychological development. The school creates an optimum teaching and learning environment, which encourages each hearing impaired student to reach their maximum potential.
