Mission: Our mission is to intake and rehabilitate the body, soul and minds of abandoned and discarded cats and dogs and find them the amazing homes the all deserve!
Results: Charming Pet Rescue was established in March 2015 and our first year we adopted out 60 pets. In 2023 we adopted out around 1200! We have an AMAZING team of dedicated employees and volunteers that keep our rescue running smoothly and efficiently!
Target demographics: The stray and abandoned pet population in San Antonio and the surrounding areas
Direct beneficiaries per year: Over 1000 cats and dogs find homes! This year we will well exceed that!
Geographic areas served: Saving cats and dogs from the streets, high kill shelters and finding them amazing forever families
Charming Pet Rescue is amazing at connecting the adopter to the perfect dog or cat! They have an amazing senior program, from which I have adopted a dog through, that helps seniors who want a companion by paying all the bills for the senior dog or cat that they are paired with! It’s an amazing program and more amazing rescue!
