Mission: Advance our region's economy, improve our quality of life and enhance our members' success.
Programs: The charleston metro chamber of commerce is focused on a program of work aimed at supporting all of the economic engines of the charleston region,and all of the other businesses and community assets we have who are suppliers to these economic engines, through these four strategic goals: (1) region's economy: promote and enhance a vibrant, diverse and sustainable economy through measurable and actionable strategies;(2) quality of life: maximize the benefits for a diverse population and culture by fostering a high ranking quality of life for all residents of our region; (3) members' success: provide targeted products, services,events and programs that members consider as essential elements of their success; and (4) organization improvement: position the charleston metro chamber organization to be innovative, resourceful, responsive and effective for long term sustainability. The charleston metro chamber of commerce also recognizes that it draws strength from and delivers services to over numerous different membership classifications who make up over 2,300 members in the organization.
