Causes: Emergency Assistance, Food, Food Programs, Human Services, Thrift Shops
Mission: To improve the quality of life for struggling Charles County families so they and their children can thrive and succeed.
Programs: Emergency assistance to county residents with minor children includes assistance with food, clothing, bedding, infant needs, school supplies, personal hygiene items, Easter baskets and Thanksgiving assistance.
Christmas Toy Connection program provides holiday gifts, toys, stockings, games, hats/gloves/scarves, and books for families receiving food stamps or temporary cash assistance through the county's Social Services.
