Mission: Change through chance, inc. Has been formed as a non-profit enterprise to provide experiences with horses for individuals of all ages, enabling them to live more independent, productive and normal lives. The mission is accomplished by providing educational programs that teach problem solving skills for behavior modification and the development of proper responses as opposed to inappropriate reaction in a society heavy laden with aggression and acting out.
Programs: Primary emphasis is on underprivileged, handicapped and children with behavior problems as referred by various county agencies such as the county juvenile probation department to learn discipline,responsibility, develop self esteem through working with horses.
