Mission: The purpose of the organization is to promote the welfare of the colleges in the following ways: 1) by communicating the value of the colleges to the communities of which they are a part; and 2) by providing scholarships to students, and assisting in the funding of the colleges' programs, equipment and educational projects by obtaining funds and other support from the community.
Programs: Providing scholarships and grants to students of chabot and las positas colleges in support of higher education.
