Causes: Homeless & Housing, Human Services
Mission: Organized to support central wyoming rescue mission programs. The central wyoming rescue mission (cwrm) is a faith-based agency dedicated to stabilizing the crisis of homelessness for individuals and families, and assisting them in achieving permanent independent living. Cwrm serves families and people of all ages, gender, and ethnicity. It is the only emergency shelter service for single adults and women with chidren not experiencing domestic violence in natrona county. The cwrm's goal is to assist our guests in achieving and sustaining independent living. The primary population that cwrm serves often is mired in dysfunction causing some to have a distorted definition of independent living. As a result, we make every effort to assist the guest in improving his/her quality of life to the highest degree possible.
Programs: The central wyoming rescue mission foundation supports the central wyoming rescue mission as the need arises. The central wyoming rescue mission served a significant number of clients during the year.
