Mission: Dedicated to upholding the integrity of pure bred dogs, promoting the sport of pure bred dogs and breeding for type and function; advocate for the pure bred dog as a family companion, and exhibiting in various venues.
Programs: Public education of pure bred k-9's was achieved through two formal dog shows at the new york state fair grounds in syracuse, ny. An estimated 5,000 people attended the annual spring show with approximately 2,000 dogs being shown. Attendance at the annual fall show is estimated at 3,000 with approximately 1,000 dogs being shown. The kennel club donates to various area humane societies, a 4-h youth program, and gives scholarship funds to local students pursuing college education in animal related programs. Amounts donated during the year totaled $3,625.
