Mission: Consulting assistance and technical support to not-for-profit corporations.
Programs: In 2011, c-one reached nonprofit leaders every month with management tools and information about management training available in south florida, grant announcements, scholarship opportunities, community events, and more. C-one directly trained and assisted individuals from nonprofit organizations. Serving as program lead for the miami nice initiative, c-one coordinated intensive, one-on-one capacity-building programming for participating nonprofits. C-one managed a cadre of consultants to guide nonprofits through organizational assessment, priority-setting, grant applications, and project implementation.
