Mission: To build a stronger community by fostering the strengths of youth, adults and families to help them meet life's challenges.
Programs: Transitional living program: provides shelter & supportive services to prepare runaway, throwaway and homeless youth for independent living. The program serves youth aged 16 to 21 years old and their children.
medi-cal: the organization provides individual and family counseling to qualified medi-cal clients. During the year approximately 100 individuals were served.
the focus program: the focus program (families on course unite successfully) brings intensive case management and wrap-around services to families reuniting with a child (or children) who have been placed in the foster care system. Working closely with the child protective services social worker and the family, focus case managers help parents provide a safe and secure environment for their children.
