Causes: Family Counseling
Mission: To provide affordable psychological counseling sessions to individuals & families, ongoing training and supervision to pre-licensed counselors, and benefits to the community by recruiting volunteers to supplement program services.
Programs: The organization provided over 10,000 sessions of psychological counseling to between 800 - 1,000 members of the community, many of whom were seen in couples and family sessions and others were seen as individuals.
ongoing training and supervision were provided to all counselors who provided the above referenced services. The organization is an educational and training facility for marriage and family therapist trainees and interns who are in the process of earning their hours towards becoming licensed counselors. The above services allow the organization to provide greater mental health resources for the community.
