Programs: 423 dodge county area teens, women and men served in 2017. 926 client re- visits, (1,349 total client medical visits), 96 evening groups and classes, 79 classroom presentations, 276 clients assisted with referrals to medical and community resources and 228 with various paperwork and health related forms. 43 clients received mental health counseling. All clients were teens or low income/uninsured. In kind contributions for 2017 were estimated at 230,041 including services provided by md's, crnp's, rn's, accounting, office space, mileage,phone, printing, computer support, food and medical equipment and screening services.
