Mission: Cdim, inc. (the association) is devoted to promoting and improving the teaching of internal medicine by developing, implementing, and disseminating ideas for curriculum, evaluation, and faculty development throughout the core clerkship and other internal medicine experiences. The association provides a forum for internal medicine clerkship directors to share ideas and problems as well as generate solutions. The association aims to enhance career development and satisfaction of internal medicine clerkship directors and to promote collaborative research. The association's membership is comprised of internal medicine clerkship directors throughout the united states. Effective july 1, 2012 the association merged wtih four other organizations to form the alliance for academic internal medicine. All asset transfers were completed during the year ended june 30, 2013.
Programs: Previously, service accomplishments included the development and dissemination of information and ideas and conducting meetings to foster the sharing of knowledge related to the associations purpose. These activities are now being undertaken by aaim.
This organization's nonprofit status may have been revoked or it may have merged with another organization or ceased operations.
