Mission: The foundation's mission is to operate exclusively for the benefit of coastal carolina university to lease, operate, manage, and contract for the construction of student housing facilities and to support various university endeavors.
Programs: The foundation owned and leased 46 apartment style buildings to provide housing for coastal carolina university students. The entire property was sold in 2015 to coastal carolina university for its continuing student housing needs.
in 2016, the foundation purchased a 26. 71 acre land parcel for $1. 825 million to benefit the athletics program at the university. The foundation is currently funding the initial sitework and engineering designs for the property. The foundation continues to actively support the university's endeavors to benefit its students.
