Mission: Our mission is to help families of children with complex medical needs. We offer resources as well as emotional and financial support to reduce the stress implicated by these complex needs. We understand this path can be difficult to navigate and we want to help guide families through their complicated and life-altering circumstances.
Results: Our first year as an established 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization we were able to donate over 300 pairs of fun, cozy grip socks to children hospitalized at TMC for Children and Banner Diamond Children's for Thanksgiving 2022. For Christmas 2022, we donated over 150 stocking full of goodies to the same children's hospitals for the children spending the holidays in a hospital bed. For 2023, it is our goal to do more with our Warrior Wishes program. This program allows us to not only donate to our local children's hospitals but also to other local places helping children battling lifelong illness. We also recognize different children within our community with lifelong illness by telling their courageous story, helping their family financially, and granting wishes to the warrior. Living with lifelong illness can leave any child feeling their day to day life looks different than their peers. They may spend days to weeks to months in a hospital bed away from their family, missing different occasions or simply missing being a kid. No child should have to spend their days in a hospital bed and it is our goal with our Warrior Wishes program to provide a source of childhood normalcy and distraction from their current stresses.
