Mission: The corporation was formed to operate various programs to assist in the development of the mentally and physically disabled. We assist the people we serve through a continuum of service that fosters community participation and personal independence. Our organization also encourages the training and education of personnel working with the mentally and physically disabled.
Programs: Residential programs (mh residences)- provides community living options to adults and children with developmental disabilities and/or mental health issues by providing safe, comfortable homes with varying levels of supervision. Also instruct people we serve in community living skills. Approximately 35 clients served.
mental health care coordination - provides services to children with severe emotional disturbances. The programs goal is to support children and their families so they stay together in their homes & communities. Services include: service coordination, respite care, family support, crisis response, skill building and intensive in-home services. Approximately 76 served.
service coordination- coordinates medicaid waiver services to people with developmental disabilities. Provides case management, links to services and funds for environmental modifications and adaptive technology, monitors service provision, and refers to other community services. Approximately 376 individuals served.
