Supports the educational mission of the church while helping to provide programs and services that insure optimal educational opportunities for all students regardless of race, religion, national origin, or gender attending roman catholic primary and secondary schools located in the archdiocese of boston.

the leadership program was initiated to provide investment in school leadership. The focus is on 4 areas. 1. Retain and increase effectiveness of the catholic schools leaders. 2. Create a pool of highly qualified cahtolic school leaders and place them in principle positions at "in-need" catholic schools within the rcab following a year-long apprenticeship and dynamic professional development. 3. Develop a deep and talented pool of future apprentices and leaders4. Build a pool of qualified, committed and trained individuals to actively serve as board members at the in-need catholic schools within the rcab.
additional support for the catholic schools admissions advocate and hispanic recruitment initiative in an effort to increase enrollment among three schools in the city of boston.
other program services include guidance, technology and recruitment programs to increase enrollment within the catholic schools, and other support distributed from donor directed funds and various fundraising events for discretianary spending determined by each recipient catholic school
