Mission: The cathedral of the pines is a national memorial dedicated to the memory and honor of all americans who serve the nation. In the search for peace, we are open to the public as a place of spiritual, cultural, and environmental appreciation.
Programs: The outdoor cathedral with stone altar and tall pine trees offers an ideal place for baptisms and weddings with a panoramic view of grand monadnock overlooking the extraordinary grounds. Within the 236 acres there is a cemetery for the final resting place among the outdoor chapels, gardens, and panoramic views. We welcome over 23,000 visitors annually from all over the world to participate in our events to explore the extraordinary grounds, meditate in outdoor chapels and and gardens and learn our history. We offer sunset series summer of stories, mother's day annual blessing of the bikers, fraternal order of eagles services, school baccalaureates,memorial day veterans service, the new england winds of the air force concert, a spirit in nature interfaith walk and drum circle, plum giant concert, masonic st john's day service, and odd fellows and rebekahs service, a bahai service, memorial congregational church and first congregational church of gardner services, new england pythians knights and sisters service, daughters of the american revolution service, monadnock chorus chamber singers concert, joyful noise concert, loyal order of the moose service, a remembrance day service, combat infantrymen 101 airborne army wives service, the first baptist church of boston service
